Chilli Hostel Rules
The Chilli Hostel rules apply to WIGWAM Sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław, G. Zapolskiej 1 street, the owner of the business and the provider of services under the name Chilli Hostel


The Chilli Hostel rules define the rules for the provision of services, responsibility and stay on the premises WIGWAM Sp. z o.o. located in Wrocław, at ul. G. Zapolska 1, under the name Chilli Hostel (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”).
The regulations apply to all guests staying in the hostel, referred to in point 1 of this paragraph.
The regulations constitute an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by checking in at the hostel, as well as by making a reservation or paying an advance payment or the entire amount due for the stay at the hostel. By performing the above steps, the guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
Regulations are available at the reception desk of the hostel, as well as on the website of the hostel, which is available at

Rooms in the hostel are rented for hostel days, guests can purchase any number of hostel days at the same time – that is, stay.
The hotel day lasts from 2 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day.
Extension of stay, also understood as a change of check-out time, should be reported to the reception desk before 10:00. This request can only be fulfilled if the hostel has vacancies. In this case, there may be an additional charge that will be notified to the guest prior to renewal.
The hostel reserves the right to refuse to extend the guest’s stay in the hostel in the event of non-compliance with applicable regulations or in the case of purchasing a place of stay / room
for another day by another guest of the hostel.

When checking in at the hostel, you must show a photo ID (e.g. ID card, passport, driving license). Without presenting a valid document, the hostel may refuse to check in a guest.
The room cannot be made available to third parties who will not be notified to the reception desk without its consent

On the end of the planned stay, the key to the room should be returned to the reception desk
11:00, which is the same as checking out of the hostel.

Failure to check out by 11:00 will result in a charge for the next started day, which does not constitute an extension of the stay.

In the event that the room is not released by 11:00 and the room is reserved for another day by another guest, the hostel staff is entitled to enter the room when the guest is absent, to pack the guest’s belongings and temporarily move them to the storage place hostel luggage.


Prices in the hostel are given in PLN and include 8% VAT.
Guests are subject to prices that are confirmed at the time of booking.
The hostel reserves the right to oblige the guest to make a prepayment in the form of a non-returnable deposit in order to confirm the reservation. Failure to pay the deposit is tantamount to canceling the reservation.
When booking for groups, the booking and payment conditions are set individually for each group.
In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment indicated in point 3 of this paragraph is not refundable.
Payment for the stay at the hostel is made upon check-in in advance for the entire period
stay. In the event of cancellation, the payment will not be refunded.
The advance payment for the reservation is also a fee for the stay in the agreed% of the total payment.
Children under 3 years of age stay at the hostel for free as part of a rented room. No
it is possible to add baby beds / cots to the rented room.
If the guest cancels the stay (during the stay), regardless of the number of days
in other cases, the hostel does not refund the fee paid and the service is provided until the end
duration of stay.
In the absence of confirmation of cancellation of the group booking within the prescribed period,
the hostel will charge the group organizer with the amount of the deposit paid. In case of resignation from
group stay, the group organizer will cover 100% of the value of the entire group stay.

People who are not checked in the hostel may stay on the premises from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. after
prior notification of this fact to the reception desk. These people can stay in the so-called relaxation area – at the reception.
After the deadline referred to in point 1, an unchecked person should leave the facility
or pay by hotel night, if available. Otherwise, the registered guest of the hostel who hosts third parties is obliged to pay the fee.
The hostel may refuse to check in, extend the stay or check out during the stay of a guest whose behavior violates the hostel regulations, the dignity of other people or their personal interests. The payment for the stay is not refundable. At the same time, the hostel reserves the right to call the police or security staff and ask the guest to leave the facility.

Guests are obliged to follow fire instructions and general safety rules.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire hostel.
In case of violation of the smoking ban, the hostel


Cleanliness and order should be kept both in common areas and in common rooms.
In the event of failure to observe generally accepted hygiene rules, the Hostel has the right to charge the guest with cleaning costs (e.g. washing dishes, washing toilets, etc.). A cleaning worker has a working hour of PLN 20.
Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the hostel rooms and their equipment that violate their functionality and safety of use.
Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not included in the hostel’s equipment. The places of use of the shared devices are indicated by the Reception.
A guest leaving the room should, for safety reasons, turn off the electrical equipment, turn off the lights, turn off the taps and close the door.
The key should be left at the reception each time you leave the room.

The property is subject to curfew from 22:00 to 6:00. In case of violation of the curfew, the hostel
reserves the right to call the appropriate services, including the police, and has the right to do so immediately
leave the guest without any refund.

The hostel is not responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or other items of guests, if these items were not properly secured (free key lockers are available), as well as in a situation where the damage to items brought by the guest was caused by force. higher, or the loss was the fault of the guest (or third parties he invited).
In particular, the hostel is not responsible for valuables, money, securities, items left unattended in the common parts of the Hostel.
The hostel is not responsible for breakdowns caused by no fault of him (power outage, light and water failures).
The hostel is not responsible for any accidents, injuries of guests that took place in the hostel and
result from improper use of hostel equipment, e.g. being under the influence of psychoactive substances (alcohol, drugs). In the event of damage to health, the guest will not demand compensation from the Hostel.

The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices, caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him or people under his control.
The guest is obliged to notify the reception desk of any damage immediately after its detection.
In the event of damage, destruction or dirt exceeding normal use, including the loss of a key, the Guest will be charged the amount according to market prices.
This price list is available for inspection at the hostel reception.
In the case of minors, their legal guardians are responsible for these persons

The hostel provides accommodation with pets.
The guest who owns the animals is responsible for the animals. In the event of damage caused by the animal, the guest will cover the cost of bringing damaged items, equipment in accordance with the hostel valuation

The parking places around the building are in the city area (city parking), monitored but not guarded.
The hostel is not responsible for the destruction or theft of a car or other vehicle belonging to the guest.

Personal belongings left by the departing guest may be sent to the address indicated on their request and at their expense.
In the absence of contact by the guest, the items left behind are donated to social, charity or competent services, depending on the nature of the items left or disposed of after 7 days.
Other food and other items not suitable for storage will be disposed of within 12 hours at the latest. Food that can spoil faster will be removed immediately.

The provision of hotel services is possible only if the guest agrees to it in writing
processing of personal data. A one-time consent must be signed in person when checking into the hostel. The data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the regulation

§ 16

Any disputes related to the implementation of these Regulations will be settled amicably in the manner
in the event of no agreement, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the hostel’s seat.
